Not my assignment but for knowledge. How do animals (Not reptiles) make a shelter or a den. It's sand I'll fall right? One more thing, the deathstalker scorpion, can an animal eat it or will it die!

The animals for example, grasshopper rat, digs deep upto 20 to 40 cm deep compared to it's size of 4 cm.
It gets hay & places it in it's cave, like a bed.
Some animals use abandoned dens & like there like sand viper.
