- For breakfast, I consumed oats porridge. It contains proteins, carbs, fiber and fats. The carbs were the highest in this diet.
- For lunch, I consumed chapati with chicken breast. Chapati has various vitamins in it like vitamin B and E. Also, minerals like copper, zinc, iodine, manganese, silicon, potassium, calcium are present in chapati. The chicken breast is high in proteins.
- For dinner, I consumed various fruits like apple and pomegranate which is rich in antioxidants.
