1) Lok Sabha is know as the lower house of Indian parliament but exercises more power than Rajya Sabha

2) All the bills,budget,etc have to passed by lok sabha first than only it will be passed on to rajya sabhya

3) During a joint commission lok sabha exercises more power in voting as it has more members

4) Rajya Sabha cannot decline any bill or budget passed by lok sabha. Rajya sabhya can delay it by 14 days

5) All the members in lok sabha are elected by the people of the nation

1.the lok sabha or house of the people is the lower house of the parliament.Members of the lok sabha is elected by direct election under universal adult franchise.As of 2014,there have been 16 lok sabhas elected by the people of india.

2.Each lok sabha is formed for a five year term.Normally,after five years,it is automatically dissolved. It can be extended by a proclamation of emergency. The 16th and current lok sabha was formed in may 2014.

3. The lok sabha meets at the lok sabha chambers,in sansad bhavan,sasad marg, in new delhi.
