Hey mete good afternoon

here is your answer ✌️✌️

Explanation:

The carbon cycle is the bio-geo-chemical cycle by which carbon is exchanged among the biosphere, pedosphere, geosphere, hydrosphere, and atmosphere of the Earth.

Carbon is the main component of biological compounds as well as a major component of many minerals such as limestone.

The carbon cycle is the process in which carbon travels from the atmosphere into organisms and the Earth and then back into the atmosphere.

Plants take carbon dioxide from the air and use it to make food.

Animals then eat the food and carbon is stored in their bodies or released as CO2 through respiration.

Importance Of The Carbon Cycle.

The carbon cycle is important in ecosystems because it moves carbon, a life-sustaining element, from the atmosphere and oceans into organisms and back again to the atmosphere and oceans.

Human Impacts on the Carbon Cycle - Fossil Fuels:

In the natural carbon cycle, there are two main processes which occur:

photosynthesis and metabolism.

During photosynthesis, plants use carbon dioxide and produce oxygen.

During metabolism oxygen is used and carbondioxide is a product.
