The relationship between the executive and the legislature in a parliamentary system is called responsible government.
In Parliamentary form of the Government, Judiciary is totally Separated from the Parliament .
Although Parliament can exercise its control on it but only in the case of the Grave disorders.

A presidential Form of the Government is a democratic and republican system of government where a head of government leads an executive branch that is separate from the legislative branch.
