By the formula.. Length of image/length of object= distance of image /distance of object
Calculate the distance of image from the mirror as follows=> 3/2=x/16=>x=24
Now by lens formula.... 1/v-1/u=1/f
Calculate the focal length and keep in consideration the signs used for concave lens
Hope it helps!
