This line is taken from the sonnet "The Ozymandias" By Percy bysshe Shelley.In this very line the poet wants to convey the message that everyone and everything has to destroy one daya and nothing is immortal.Ozymandias the king of kings was a mighty emperor at that time but now he is merely reduced to a piece of junk.His statue lie destroyed and his face half sunk in sand.Noone is there to care about him.
