NOTICE

A TREE PLANTATION PROGRAMME

All the students of our school are hereby notified that the student forum of our school is going to organize a tree plantation programme on 5thJune to celebrate the World Environment Day in our school campus. The programme Will be started at about 10.30am through a melodious Rabindrasangeet-“Aguner parashmani chhoao prane”. Then a short cultural programme will be held and the students will actively participate in various cultural events like song,recitation, drama performance etc. The students of class ix and x have decided to stage a short drama on the importance of trees and their preservation. We must save our environment and nature to keep our mother Earth safe for future generations. All these facts will be discussed in the valuable speeches which will be delivered by our respected teachers and other guests. Many eminent persons will be there on the stage on that day and the DM of the district will be as chief guest. Besides the officials of the forest department will present a video conference before you. some of you will be selected for their further campaign. At the end of the programme thousand saplings, delivered from the forest department should be planted in our school garden.

So the sudents who are willing to participate in the cultural programme are requested to enlist their names to the undersigned on or before 2nd June. All of you are also requested to maintain discipline during the programme. Your active co-operation is earnestly solicited.
