It is to inform that due to ___________ (why are you changing timing),XYZ School has decided to change the school timings so that students can not have any problem.Please mention new timings:-
                              Classes P.N to Prep – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

                                    Classes I to X – 9:00 am to 2:45 pm

                                  Classes XI & XII – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
