Explanation:

1)noun rule

ans- Every sentence must have a subject, and that subject will always be a noun. The subject of a sentence is the person, place, or thing in that sentence. Maria is happy. Maria is the subject of this sentence.

2)pronoun rule

ans- Pronouns have three cases: nominative (I, you, he, she, it, they), possessive (my, your, his, her, their), and objective (me, him, her, him, us, them). Use the nominative case when the pronoun is the subject of your sentence, and remember the rule of manners: always put the other person's name first.

3)verb rule

ans- The verb of a sentence must be in agreement with the subject in regard to person and number. The number of the subject can be singular and plural. The verb must be singular if the subject is singular and the verb must be plural if the subject is plural.

4)adverb rule

ans- We use an adverb of time such as always, often, never, ever, sometimes, generally, usually, seldom, hardly, rarely etc before the verb they modify. He often plays every week. They never tried to do better in life.

5)preposition rule

ans- A preposition must always be followed by a noun or pronoun in a sentence. It can never be followed by a verb.

6)adjective rule

ans- love that beautiful old big green antique car that always parked at the end of the street. [quality – age – size – color – proper adjective] My sister has a big beautiful tan and white bulldog. [size – quality – color – color]

7)conjunction rule

ans- It must be joined to an independent clause to form a grammatically correct sentence. The subordinating conjunction defines the relationship between the clauses.

8)article rule

ans- The definite article is used before singular and plural nouns when the noun is specific or particular. The signals that the noun is definite, that it refers to a particular member of a group. For example: "The dog that bit me ran away." Here, we're talking about a specific dog, the dog that bit me.

Answer:

The proposed non-rule air quality standard permit for MLOs may be used to authorize stationary facilities, or groups of facilities, at a site that conducts MLO activities

We often use reflexive pronouns when the subject and the object of the verb refer to the same person or thing:

He cut himself on the broken glass.

She made herself a cup of tea and sat down in front of the television.

Parents often blame themselves for the way their children behave.

We use a reflexive pronoun to make it clear who or what is being referred to.
