We should not watch Television more than 1 hour a.we should not play video games we should not read at night more and more it can give pressure to our eyes

The children must be advised to not give much strain to their eyes and they must not be allowed to watch t.v. or play games on mobiles for long hours ....this may aafecr their eyes and at last cn cause damage to the eyes because of which they will have to wear spectacles of the particular lenses as per their eye defect......
if they are not able to see far objects but can clearly see near objects then they will have to wear a spectacle with concave lens.
If they are not able to see near objects but can clearly see far objects then they will have to wear a spectacle with convex lens.
