1 .power sharing reduce the conflict between the social group. power sharing is necessary for maintaing social harmony and peace. In India seats are reserved for weaker section of the society. for ex. reservation of seats for sc and st .this allow the weaker section also to participate in the running of the govt.
2 . secondly, it upholds the spirit of democracy . in a truely democratic setup the citizen too have a say in governance . the citizen can come together and can debate the policies of govt. . this puts presure on the govt. to to rethink its policies and reconsider its decision.
