>chloroplast are present in plastids they contain chlorophyll which help in the process of photosynthesis (plastids are of 3 types btw).
>Plasma membrane is a selective permeable membrane it allows entry and exit of certain materials in and out of the cell.
>endoplasmic reticulum it is further divided into smooth endoplasmic reticulum (SER) and rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER).
So long story shot I don’t know the answer because they have nothing in common
