ANSWER:

The permanent tissues have a small nucleus and displaced into one side to the presence of large vacuoles.

EXPLANTION:

The dense cytoplasm and large vacuoles occupies the maximum spaces. The permanent tissues are further classified in to parenchyma, collenchyma and sclerenchyma. Nucleus is present in parenchyma and collenchyma but absent in sclerenchyma.

These are tissue from meristematic cells, they have definite shape, size and function. This process of formation of cell with definite shape, size and function is called differentiation.
