Let the tens digit be a and ones digit be b.

Then,  a + b = 5 ------(1) and

⇒10a + b — 9 = 10b + a------- ( 2)

⇒9a — 9 = 9b

⇒a — 1 = b

⇒a — b = 1--------- (3)

But a + b = 5--------- (equation 1)

Adding equation 3 and equation 1 gives

⇒2a = 6,

which means a = 3 and b = 2

Hence ,the number is 32
