Given:

9 + 1 = 91, 8 + 2 = 75, 7 + 3 = 61, 6 + 4 = 49, 5 + 5 = 39

We have to find, the value of 3 + 7 = ?

The pattern follow:

(First number)^{2} + (First number + Second number) + 0,(First number)^{2} + (First number + Second number) + 1, (First number)^{2} + (First number + Second number) + 2, (First number)^{2} + (First number + Second number) + 3, ....

9 + 1 = 9^{2} + (9 + 1) + 0

= 81 + 10 = 91

8 + 2 = 8^{2} + (8 + 2) + 1

= 64 + 11 = 75

7 + 3 = 7^{2} + (7 + 3) + 2

= 49 + 12 = 61

6 + 4 = 6^{2} + (6 + 4) + 3

= 36 + 13 = 49

5 + 5 = 5^{2} + (5 + 5) + 4

= 25 + 14 = 39

Similarly,

? = 3 + 7 = = 3^{2} + (3 + 7) + 5

= 9 + 15 = 24

∴ Missing number (?) = 24

Thus, if 9 + 1 = 91, 8 + 2 = 75, 7 + 3 = 61, 6 + 4 = 49, 5 + 5 = 39, then "3 + 7 = 24".
