volume of neon gas = 2.8 litres
Volume occupied by gas at NTP = 24.07 L
At 24.07 L = 6.022 ×1023 atoms of neon gas are present
At 2.8 L = 6.022 × 1023 × 2.824.07   =  0.7×1023 atoms of neon gas are present

Answer:

volume of neon gas = 2.8 L

volume of occupied by gas at NTP = 24.07 L

at 24.07L = 6.02 × 10^23 atoms of neon gas are present

at 2.8L = 6.022 × 10^23 × 2.824.07 = 0.7 × 10^23 atoms of neon gas are present
