2-dibromo cinnamic acid is not a proper nomenclature.
The compound can either be 2,3-dibromo cinnamic acid shown in the first picture or it can be 2-bromo cinnamic acid shown in second picture.
2,3-dibromo cinnamic acid can show cis or trans configuration around the double bond. In the picture left side is cis-2,3-dibromo cinnamic acid and right side is trans-2,3-dibromo cinnamic acid
Similarly the left side in the second is cis and right one is trans.
