HI !

Atomic no: = no: of protons ( and different no:s of neutrons)
Mass no: = No: of neutrons + No: of protons

Isotopes are those , with same atomic no: , but different mass no:s
Eg: Hydrogen has three isotopes : Protium , deuterium, and tritium.

Isobars are those with same mass no: and different atomic no:s
Eg : Calcium and Argon.

Element A :-
No :of protons = Z =  6
No: of neutrons = 6
Atomic no: = Z =  6
Mass no: = 6+ 6  = 12

Element B :-
No :of protons = Z =  7
No: of neutrons = 7
Atomic no: = Z =  7
Mass no: = 6+ 7  = 13

Element B :-
No :of protons = Z =  6
No: of neutrons = 6
Atomic no: = Z =  6
Mass no: = 6+ 6  = 12

Element D :-
No :of protons = Z =  9
No: of neutrons = 10
Atomic no: = Z =  9
Mass no: = 9 + 10 = 19

Element A and C have same atomic no:.
Hence, they are isotopes.

Among the  given elements, there are no isobars, i.e. , there are no elements with same mass no:s among the given elements.

Hope this Helps You !
