let fraction be x/y
so x=y-3....(1)
1 is added to denominator
new fraction becomes x/y+1
So x/y-1/15=x/y+1....(2)

Now solve you will get the answer

Let the numerator be x and denominator be y,

then fraction will be x/y

A/Q

x= y-3 ............(1)

ALSO

x/y+1 = x/y-1/15

putting x= y-3 from (1)

y-3/y+1=y-3/y-1/15

when we solve the ans. coming will be y = 9 and y = 5

putting values of y in (1)

we will get ans. i.e.

fraction is

6/9 and2/5
