Let denominator = x
So, Numerator = ( x + 5 )

 \mathbf{ \textcolor{red}{ \large{fraction \:  =  \frac{x + 5}{x} }}}

According to the question, if 4 is added to numerator and denominator, fraction becomes 6/5

 \mathbf{ \frac{x + 5 + 4}{x + 4}  =  \frac{6}{5} } \\  \\   \\  \rightarrow5(x + 9) = 6(x + 4) \\  \\   \rightarrow5x + 45 = 6x + 24 \\  \\  \rightarrow  \: x \:  = 21

Hence,

 \mathbf{fraction =  \frac{x + 5}{x}  =  \frac{21 + 5}{21}  =  \frac{26}{21} }

Heya !!

Let denominator of fraction be X .

Numerator = ( X + 5 )

Fraction = X+5/X.

According to the question,

X + 5 + 4 / X + 4 = 6/5

X + 9 / X + 4 = 6/5

5 ( X + 9 ) = 6 ( X + 4 )

5X + 45 = 6X + 24

6X - 5X = 45 - 24

X = 21

Denominator = X = 21

and,

Numerator = X + 5 = 26

Fraction = 26/21.
