1. At 90 cmHg pressure the volume of a fixed mass of a gas is 500cm². What will be added
the volume of the gas at 60cmHg pressure at the same temperature .​

It is given that

Temp= 300k

Volume=300cm3 ,=3L

Pressure= 76cm hg ,=76bar

The temperature and pressure at STP are

298 K 1 Atm pressure

So substituting these on the equation

P1 V1 / T1 = P2 V2 / T2

That is

76×3/273 = 1×V2 / 298

That is

V2 = 76×3×298 / 273

= 248.9L
