Given :

  • Total electrical consumption per day = 10 kWh
  • Total electricity bill to be paid for 30 days.
  • 1 unit of energy costs = 6.10

To find :

  • Total electricity bill paid for 30 days

According to the question,

➞ Electrical consumption per day = 10 kWh

➞ Electrical consumption in 30 days = 10 × 30 = 300 kWh

Now,

➞ Total electricity bill to be paid for 30 days = 300 × 6.10

➞ Total electricity bill to be paid for 30 days = 1830

So,total electricity bill to be paid for 30 days is Rs 1830.

Answer:

Given :-

  • Total consumption of electricity = 10 kWh
  • Total days = 30
  • Cost of 1 unit of electricity = ₹6.10

To Do :-

Find total electricity bill

Solution :-

Firstly we shall find electricity bill for 1 day

Let's find

Electricity bill of 1 day = Total consumption × Total days

Electricity bill of 1 day = 10 × 30

Electricity bill of 1 day = 30 kWh

Now,

Finding total electricity bill for 30 days

Total electricity bill = Electricity bill of 1 day × Cost of 1 unit

Total electricity bill = 30 × 6.10
