Given,

P₁ = 100 cm Hg

V₁ = 80 mL

P₂ = ?

V₂= 160 mL

From Boyle's law equation.

P₁V₁=P₂V₂

=> 100 X 80 = P₂ X 160

=> (100 X 80)/160=P₂

=> 50 cm Hg = P₂
