Nutrition in autotrophs occur when there is light and even without light also.what is difference between the these two situations

during sunlight plants obtain nutrients from it through the process of photosynthesis but when there are no sunlight sources like bacteria which contain chlorophyll which helps out in synthesizing food for plants.

Sunlight is just one source but water and carbon dioxide also play a key role in generating nutrients.
