I would place the national flag on a safe position or else burn it privately.

• Whenever we find a National flag logging on the road, we must pick it up with due respect and place it at a point that is quite higher so that ir doesn't touches the ground or water.
• If the flag is not in a good condition then people are advised to destroy it privately with due respect by burning it or by any other method.
