if the medians of triangle ABC intersect at G,show that:- ar(AGB) = ar((AGC) = ar(BGC) = 1/3ar(ABC)

if each diagnol of a quadilateral seperates into two triangles of equal area,then show that the quadilateral is a parallelogram
