"The figure given below represents Keppler's law of motion that describes about the planetary motion around the sun in the solar system. Keppler's first law means that planets rotate around the sun in an elliptical orbit. Keppler's second law of motion states that the line or the radius vector joining the sun and the planet sweeps out the equal distance in equal intervals of time. The third law states that the squares of the planet's orbital period are directly proportional to the cube of the mean distances of the planet from the sun."
