1. Amplitude of the wave is 1.5 m

As amplitude is the maximum displacement of a particle from its mean position. Here, we can see the max displacement is 1.5 m

2. Wave length of the wave is 4m.

As, it is the length covered by one wave.

3. From A to G,

Time taken = 2s

Distance covered = 12m

Therefore,

Speed of the wave = distance/ time

= 12/ 2

= 6 m/ s

4. We know that,

f = v/ λ

Where, f = frequency

v = velocity

λ = wavelength

=> f = 6/ 4

=> f = 3/ 2

=> f = 1. 5 Hz
