panic and get into anxieties when I perform less than my own expectations in studies. it is because while analysing myself I will also look at same of my mistake in the past and will feel ashamed and then I will try to recover it by a promising with myself will not to do this again

I got panic and get into anxieties when I perform less than my own expectations in study.-To deal with such stress, I discussed my problem with my parents and teachers. I also meditate to find inner peace and go back to studies so as to make sure I perform better in the next time.
