Step-by-step explanation:

p(x) = 3x^4 + 6x^3 - 2x^2-10x - 5

α = √5/√3. β = -√5/√3

therefore the factor of p(x) will be (3x^2 - 5)

NOW divide p(x) by (3x^2 - 5)

you will get the quotient as (x^2 +2x+1)

NOW perform the middle term splitting with the quotient you got

you will get all the factors as √5/√3, -√5/√3, -1 and -1
