v=u-gt

s=ut-\frac{1}{2}gt^2

v^2=u^2-2gh

Explanation

Let the the body is projected with initial velocity u and after time t its velocity is v and and in time t it will cover a height of h

Acceleration due to gravity is g=9.8m/sec^2

Now first equation of motion

v=u+gt, here body is projected upward so g = -g

So v=u-gt

Second equation of motion is s=ut+\frac{1}{2}gt^2

For upward motion s=ut-\frac{1}{2}gt^2

Third equation of motion is v^2=u^2+2gh

For upward motion

v^2=u^2-2gh
