f = ma = (kg*m)/s2 ---------(SI)
s = metre(m)--------(SI)
W = (kg*m*m)/s2
= (kg*m2)/s2------------(SI)
W' = (g*cm2)/s2------------(CGS)
W/W' = (1000*10000)/1
=10 is to power 7

SI unit is nothing but MKS(meters, Kilogram, Second) and CGS means(Centimetres, Gram, Second) 1 m=100cm, 1 kg = 1000 g
