magnesium oxide: MgO,

zinc oxide : ZnO,

sodium oxide : Na2O

So, clearly the charge on the positive charge ion is +2 in case of Ca 2+, Mg 2+ and Zn 2+ but it is +1 in case of Na +.

So, Sodium Oxide is odd in the group.
