Xylem is the odd one here
It is so because it's an transportal(actually complex permanent tissue) or conductive tissue but parenchyma, sclarenchyma and collenchyma(actually simple permanent tissue) are the type of supportive tissue.

Xylem, on the other hand, is a complex permanent tissue and helps in the conduction of water and minerals from roots to other parts of the plant. They have cells of different types-xylem fibres,xylem Parenchyma,Tracheids and vessels.
