Dear Latika,
I hope this letter finds you in soaring spirits and vibrant health. Well, I have been told by auntie that you are losing interest in studies. This is a serious issue. You cannot afford to be careless to your studies. You must not forget that hard earned money is being spent on your studies. Result of your terminal examination indicates how much you have lagged behind.
There can be only one explanation to your poor performance. You must not have studied at all last term. You must have wasted your time on mobile phone, laptop, watching TV. These gadgets were given to you for your convenience; not for misuse! Well, if you don’t mend your ways, you might be deprived of them. Dear Latika how will you achieve all your goals without doing well in studies. What has happened to you? There is so much potential in you! We all have so many expectations on you! Give regards to mother and father. I appeal to you to mind your studies. I am sure you won’t disappoint me. Give regards to uncle and auntie.

Dear Deepak,
I hope this letter finds you in the best of health. Our office just moved to a new location and so I was very busy and didn't get a chance to speak to you earlier. I'm sorry!
I spoke to your mother a few days back and she was telling me that you have been neglecting your studies and that your class test marks have been reflecting the same. She was really worried and so I thought I should write to you. You have been very consistent in your studies till now and next year you need to face your board exams, there's no time to slacken now, as it will effect your entire future. Please do let me know if there is something on your mind that is bothering you. Let's talk about this and get it off your chest, so that we can move on. Your board exam results will determine your future. It matter's because those marks will be used right upto the end of your career. There is no use of regretting then, lets try and fix it now. I hope you will think about it and talk to me or talk to your parent's about it and get back on track.
We want you to be happy and though you might feel immense pressure right now, you will be thankful for it, at the end of your exams. Work hard now, so that when it pays off, you will be satisfied. I will talk to you soon, but I hope in the meantime, you will take time to think about this and put in extra efforts for the lost time.
