Equation is 5x² - 6x - 2 = 0

=> x² - (6x/5) - (2/5) = 0

=> x² - (6x/5) - (2/5) + (3/5)² - (3/5)² = 0

=> (x - 3/5)² = (3/5)² + (2/5)

=> (x - 3/5)² = 19/25

=> (x - 3/5) = ± (√19/5)

(i)

(x - 3/5) = (√19/5)

=> x = (√19 + 3)/5

(ii)

(x - 3/5) = -(√19/5)

=> x = (-√19 + 3)/5

Roots are : (√19 + 3/5) and (-√19 + 3/5)
