the lightest body will obtain highest velocity and the heaviest body will have least velocity because.....
        F=M.A or,F/M=A
and we know that M is directly proportional to A so above statement is satisfactory.....

Answer:

Object A has the least acceleration

Explanation:

  • A force is an effect that can alter an object's motion in physics.
  • An object with mass can change its velocity, or accelerate, as a result of a force.
  • An obvious way to describe force is as a push or a pull. A force is a vector quantity since it has both magnitude and direction.
  • Force is the product of mass and acceleration
  • F = ma
  • a = F/m
  • So the acceleration of an object is inversely proportional to its mass
  • Object A has the greatest mass, so the force acting on it produces the least acceleration on object A.
  • On the other hand, Object D has the least mass, so the force acting on it produced the greatest acceleration on object D

Thus, object A has the least acceleration followed by B, C and D.
