Of the three angles of a triangle one is twice the smallest and other is three times the smallest. Find
the angles.
(Hint: xº + 2x + 3x = 180° or x = 30°)

Answer:

let the smallest angle be x

the third angle be 2x

the other angle or second angle be 3x

Now,

sum of angles of triangle =180°

x+2x+3x = 180°

6x= 180°

x = 30°

so the smallest angle be x which is 30°

the second angle be 3x = 3×30°=90°

the third angle be 2x = 2×30°=60°

According to angles this triangle is right angle triangle
