(B) THE BRIGHT BULB WILL HAVE MORE RESISTANCE THAN DIM BULB.
because According to P = I²R,
if the currents are the same, the bulb with the
larger R will have the larger power P. And u know power is dissipated as heat (i²r) which gives glowing effect.

The dim bulb will have higher resistance. Remember house wiring is in parallel and in parallel connection, voltage is constant so P=(V^2)/R so brighter the bulb less will be the resistance.
If they were connected in series than the answer was Bright bulb acc. to P=(I^2)R
