Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention to the insanitary conditions of our locality. It is always full of heaps of dirt and litter scattered everywhere. The sweeper hardly bothers to sweep the area regularly. He is very irregular and careless in his duties. He does not regularly come to his duties. Even if he comes, he does not do his duties. Very often he is drunk and lays somewhere. Drains are not cleaned regularly.

All these provide breeding ground for the spread of mosquitoes and other germs. It may lead to the outbreak of some diseases. The area has turned into a small hell. There is foul smell all around coming out from the rubbish and dirty drains. Many a times the Sanitary Inspector has been approached to improve this condition but of no avail.

I, therefore, request you to kindly pay personal attention to our request and take necessary action to improve the condition.
