WHEN WE MIX OIL WITH WATER OIL WILL NOT SOLUBLE IN WATER. WE CAN SEE OIL MOLECULES AND WATER SEPARATELY IN THE GLASS . THE OIL WILL NOT FORM ANY HYDROGEN BONDS . WATER HAS LOW SOLUBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO OIL. SINCE OIL IS NOT SOLUBLE IN WATER . IT IS A MIXTURE.......
