DIVIDEND =° 2475
LET NO. OF SHARE = X
2475= 12/ 100 × 26400/X × 25
2475 ×X = 12× 264 × 25
X= 12× 264× 25 / 2475
X = 32 .share
2. M.V. = 26400/32
= 825
