Before you can sell an item, you have to create an account:
Go to the OLX website and choose your country.
In the upper right corner, you click on my account.
You can sign in using Facebook or Google. You can also click on Register to create an account with any email address.
Fill out the information and await a confirmation email.
Now that you have an account, you can fill out more details about yourself and add a picture. This will make people trust you more and you will have an easier time selling sour items. Use a picture on which you look trustworthy and fun.
With this account you can start the OLX selling process:
Click on the button that says “Sell your item now” or similar.
Choose a category.
Create an ad title. Make it catchy, but don’t lie! Don’t sell an LP record in “new condition” if it is scratched.
Write a detailed description of the product you are selling. You can add the date and reason why you bought it and the reason why you want to sell it.
Complete the seller-information field under the description.
Add multiple images that show the product you sell clearly and from different angles. These images can make or break your sell!
