Answer:

At last he would get a profit of Rs. 3.275 and Profit % would be 3.27 %

Step-by-step explanation:

Let CP = Rs. 100,

According to question,

Shopkeeper first increases its product rates by 35%, that is, 35% increase in SP

New SP = 100 + 35% of 100

= 100 + 35 = Rs 135

Further it is given he first offers 10% dicount, that means,

10 % discount in 135

So 1st SP = 135 - 10% of 135

= 135 - ((135*10)/100)

= 135-13.5 = 121.5

Again 15 % discount is offered to the 1st SP ,that is,

121.5 - 15% of 121.5

= 121.5 - ((121.5*15)/100)

= 121.5 - 18.225

= 103.275

So,

Final SP =103.275

Since,

CP =100

SP =103.275

Gain = 103.275 - 100

= 3.275

Gain % = ( Gain / CP ) * 100

= ( 3.275 / 100 ) * 100

= 3.27%

Hence,

At last he would get a profit of Rs. 3.275 and Profit % would be 3.27 %
