Rakesh and Radha should educate the people that polluting the stream could cause a threat to the whole aquatic ecosystem and the plants and animals living there. This stream may go and join the other large water body. And if the full aquatic ecosystem gets destroyed then it may happen that mosquitoes s level in nature get increased because small fishes living in water eat this mosquitoes so because of this it may happen that dengue, malaria, chikungunya spread rapidly. And if this stream goes and joins a water body from which drinking water is extracted then people may get infected by drinking this infected water . And suffer from typhoid, Cholera which are water-borne diseases.
