number of wings beat in 5 second = 3000
number of wings beat in 1 second = 3000/5 = 600
So frequency is 600Hz.

Frequency of the sound generated by the beating of the wings of a mosquito is
   3,000 / 5 seconds
  =  6 00 / sec  = 600 Hz or Hertz
