On a hot summer day, Radha set up a stall near her house under the shade of a tree. She took cold water in completely full spherical earthen pot of radius 35 cm and served this water to thirsty people passing by in cylindrical glasses each of radius 3.5 cm and height 14 cm.
1. If she fills water up to one -third of the height of the cylinder , find the number of people she can give water to.
2.A conical tent was set up nearby to serve food to the travellers with radius as 7 m and height as 24 m, what will be its slant height?
3. What will be the area of cloth needed to make the tent?
4.If each person must have a space of 0.56 sq m of space, how many maximum number of people can the tent accommodate?

Condition of widow They were not allowed to live like a common person. They were expected to lead a life of austerity and extremities like no makeup, no new clothes, no good food, a boycott from festivals and even scolding from all members of the family and society. Widows had to wear a white Saree of coarse material.
