brown   1     10^1

red        2      10^2

orange  3     10^3

yellow   4      10^4

green     5    10^5

voilet    7       10^7

grey     8      10^8

white    9        10^9

gold                0.1   5%

silver            0.01     10%

number like 1 2 3 are for first colour in a resistor

for example your question first number is 2 i.e for red one

the next is green i.e 5

the third represent the multiplier value i.e 10^0 or 10^1 etc

in your case its is voilet i.e 10^7 and the last colour is gold or silver will give you information about corection i.e in your case it is gold which acc to  table has coreection of 5%
