because on adding sulphuric acid, being a good dry agent it will absorb some water molecule from copper sulphate which is a physical change on exposing copper sulphate in atmosphere it again absorbs moisture. but on adding bleed to this solution copper sulphate will react with iron forming green colour solution Hence this shows both type of reaction
